A robot-hour is one Factor Teleoperator assigned to one robot for one active hour. The meter pauses while a human owns a Handoff.

The Factor control plane, one qualified Supervisor brain, Handoffs, evidence, and Shift history. Customer-connected provider tokens are billed by that provider.

A qualified Factor VLA Operator plus Supervisor. This price opens only with an exact callable route that passes latency, action-contract, cost, and real-hardware gates.
$25k / six weeks
One robot type and up to five robots. Includes adapter work, workflow setup, Handoff rules, and an evidence review. The customer supplies local safety and human fallback.
Clear enough to audit.
The meter runs while the Shift is active, including Operator-to-Supervisor Handoffs inside the Teleoperator.
The robot enters local safe hold. The Factor meter pauses until the Handoff is resolved.
Ending or aborting the Shift closes the meter and records the outcome.
